Nora is a fourteen-year-old girl currently in the 9th grade. She has been a resident of the City of Refuge for four years. Nora, along with her parents, resides in a small town where the local school only offers education up to the 5th grade. To continue her studies, Nora and the other children from her town had to walk for an hour to attend a larger school. However, her parents face financial hardships and struggle to afford her education. Nora has a strong affinity for church activities and enjoys reading the Bible. She also has a passion for sports, particularly soccer of which she is remarkably skilled. Her aspiration is to learn English so that she can communicate effectively with missionaries and serve as an interpreter. Ultimately, Nora dreams of becoming a doctor to help people in need.
