Cities of Refuge

“Building self-sustaining, income-generating Christian cities, wrapped around an orphanage or safe house, that is the base for powerful Christian work to impact communities.”

USA

Building businesses that will fund operations
The businesses come in many shapes & sizes, but they all serve the goal of making our cities self-sustaining.

Building Safe Houses
Immediately intervening in local human trafficking or dire situations, providing them with free housing, counseling, and support.

Attacking local problems by being the solution.
Most states lack safe housing for at-risk individuals. Government officials have contacted IMI to provide housing for infants abandoned at local hospitals, minors running from the cartel, and girls rescued from human trafficking.

Internationally

Building farms and businesses to fund orphanages
Internationally, agriculture plays a critical role in transforming local economies. It is a strong economic base that provides affordable healthy food and jobs.

Building orphanages and rescuing at-risk children
Immediately intervening in their situation. Providing children with safe housing and education in a nurturing environment that provides healing and restoration through the love of God.

Attacking local problems by being the solution
Building houses for free for impoverished families, creating jobs for the community, selling food from the farm at a discount, handing out free food to the poor, building higher education schools, building medical clinics, leading agricultural expertise, and training future leaders with the best tools available in agriculture.

Education in the US often looks like trade schools, business education or training for those in the safe houses. This helps re-integrate survivors into every day life.
