For fun, Luis, likes to draw. When he grows up, he wants to be a policeman.
Luis is Oliver’s brother, who is also at the City of Refuge. They come from a very poor and disintegrated family. They lived with their mother, but she had to move to another city to work as a housekeeper to provide for them. As a result, the children were left in the care of their grandmother. Luis is a very active child with a vivid imagination; he enjoys making robots out of things he finds in trash cans. He wishes to continue studying and dreams of becoming a police officer to protect his country.
