Phillip Stamman, Attorney at Law
Phillip Stamman, a partner of Southworth & Stamman in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, graduated Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Phillip Stamman is admitted to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. During Law School Phillip worked for the Immigration Clinic where he filed applications to USCIS on behalf of immigrants, and represented people in deportation hearings.
During the Summers of 2009, 2010 and 2011, Phillip clerked for the District Attorney’s Office in Mauston, Juneau County, WI. In the fall of 2012, Phillip headed the Juneau County Diversion Program, an intensive program dedicated to young, first-time offenders, giving them an opportunity to avoid a criminal conviction upon completion of the program.
Growing up as the son of a missionary, Phillip had the advantage of being able to travel overseas and spend his time working at feeding centers and orphanages. Seeing these disadvantaged communities inspired Phillip to help. Currently, he is working on creating an adoption agency designed to expand adoptions in Honduras.
Phillip Stamman is a partner at Southworth & Stamman, specializing in the areas of immigration law, nonprofit law and criminal defense.
