Report from Previous Women’s Conference

Dear Ladies, Warm greetings from the bottom of my heart. I’m so excited to write to you and letting you know that “Nothing can Separate us from the Love of God” Romans 8: 35-39 and He still is on the Throne. Life goes on but our hearts are forever changed after His amazing touch at the Women’s Conference. With the assurance that no matter what, He always is by our side. Let’s keep pressing on and put in practice our brain detox with the 5 steps we talk about at the conference. To refresh your mind:

  1. Gather (catch your thoughts)
  2. Focus Reflection (meditate on it)
  3. Write (gives clarity – journal)
  4. Revisit (redesign your thoughts)
  5. Active Reach (feel whether or not something is true)

  1. So once you have gone through the whole gathering awareness, which disciplines you to be careful of what’s going into your brain as well as what is coming out from inside.
  • The science of thought demands that change must occur either by reinforcing the thought as it is or by changing some or all of it.
  • So if you don’t get rid of the thought, you reinforce it
  • This constant change means that the deeper you think, the more change you can make.
  1. Then you need to go deep and focus your reflection, meaning getting into directed rest; an incredible change happens in your brain.
  • Focusing your attention and capturing your thoughts for example “I can’t do this”, “it is to hard”, “I am not smart enough”
  • 2 Cor 10 :5 bringing into captivity every thought
  • Rom 12:2 do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transform by the renewing of your mind.
  1. Write (gives clarity – journal)
  • The actual process of writing consolidates thoughts (memory)
  • Writing adds clarity to what you have been thinking about.
  • Writing helps you better see the area that need to be detoxed by allowing you to see, what you are aware of or unaware of in a visual way.
  • Keep a thought journal.

      4 Revisit (Redesign Thoughts)

  • This step is all about you wiring in what changes you want.
  • You get to sign your new healthy thought to replace the toxic through you want to get rid of.
  • It’s is all about redesigning, reorganizing, in re-creating the specific thought you are working
  • In the revisit, you evaluate what you have written down and work out what the healthy new thought you want to build is going to be. Example:
    • “I’m worthless”, becomes “I am valuable”
    • “I am ugly”, becomes “I am beautiful”

       5.Active Reaching

  • Helps you feel whether or not something is true
  • It helps you line up the though with the confession
  • Rom 10:9 “Confess with your mouth and believe in your heart”
  • Example:
    • If the toxic thought is, that you keep trying to change the past by playing a movie in your mind:
      • Thinking if you did that, then this would have happened, and then this should have happen, and then you would have…
      • Active reach is to say: “I choose to stop playing this movie” or “I am switching that movie off”.
      • Quoting a bible verse that applies or praying a prayer you have created for that situation

Amazing outpouring of the Holy Spirit at our conference. We are so thankful for his amazing grace and deep love for us. I Personally was very attacked by the enemy; two laptops broke down one after another where I had all my teaching. My list of ladies and my itinerary etc.. Plus the coronavirus has caused fear among the ladies and prevented them from coming. I wasn’t sure if our Worship Leader, Cherie Anderson, from Florida would make it in the midst of a hurricane. I was exhausted just to the point to give up and not having the conference. After many prayers from the ladies and praying every day with my friend Pam and then with Pastor Jenny and others; The Lord gave me the strength to not fear and trust Him that He will make a way! God was so awesome we had around fifty ladies and we had an amazing time.  At one point I told The Lord I don’t care about the schedule anymore; I just want to worship and be in Your presence. We had a wonderful worship time, we got very good teachings and He manifested His love and mercy in a beautiful way. We were all deeply touched and ministered too.  It was an incredible experience. With much love, Teresa Stamman From Pam Beloved Women from IMI Retreat: Thank you so much for coming this year and being open to a very sweet move of Holy Spirit bringing in new waves of the love of God! How beautiful it was and is. How beautiful you are. It was “for such a time as this” right before a very unsettling time for our nation. We can be safe and secure in HIS love during the storm of circumstances of this election. We can know and believe we are dearly loved and not even this disturbing time can separate us from HIS love. We are praying for you. We are blessed to know you. We so want to partner with you in receiving even more of HIS great love over the next months ahead. The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. The Lord turn His face towards you and give you peace.

From Pastor Jenny I was so honored to be part of the IMI ladies Conference. It was so much fun worshipping & fellowshipping with all of you! We had an awesome time together praying, worshipping, and pressing into the heartbeat of the Lord. I was so honored to be a part of the IMI ladies conference. He poured out His presence and great love for us, as we choose to give Him all the glory & honor! His Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13:8) His word is true. Stand firm on the healing & freedom that you received. He is called Faithful & True & He will always make a way for you! Love & God bless- Pastor Jennifer Ps. I hope to see you all next year! Bring a friend or two! They will leave the conference forever changed! From Cherie As I sit here reflecting on the conference, I’m reminded of the overwhelming presence of God’s love for us and how he demonstrated that in such special and unique ways to each of us. I believe every woman left with a greater revelation of His unconditional love. HavIng that revelation will keep us rooted and grounded Eph. 3:17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Then you, being rooted and grounded in love. When life gets us down and shakes us us we will not be tossed about but remain stable.  Keep the word of God ever before you. Deut. 6:8-9 Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.  Don’t forget what the Father has done for you, being thankful is the will of God for our life. 1 Thes. 5:18 Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Place a seal upon your heart and guard the seeds planted in your heart. Solomon 6:8 Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. For love is as strong as death, its’ jealousy as enduring as the grave. Love flashes like fire, the brightest kind of flame. Your testimonies were so inspirational and proved how faithful the Lord is when we come to Him with expectancy and humbly worship and yield to Him. Leading you ladies in worship was truly a privilege. I encourage you to worship on your own and don’t always depend on worship leaders to lead you . I saw so much potential in that room. Some women are already flowing in their gifts and others still discovering what those are and how to use them.  Be relentless in following your dreams and passion and don’ t be afraid to take a step of faith and do it afraid! Use what the devil meant for your destruction as a platform for your mission field. The harvest is ripe and I pray you will be the hands and feet of Jesus and and share the gospel in word and deed! Be intentional Treasure Hunting, get your clues and set out to find those the Lord has prepared for you!   When you pray for people expect signs and wonders to follow the preaching of the gospel.  Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. God bless you as go and make disciples for you are his ambassadors and all called to be ministers! Love you and til we meet again!

From Valerie I enjoyed the conference very much and very thankful Teresa invited me to come The Holy Spirit was definitely there in the place. The music was great It was very encouraging to meet women of God..To worship and pray with them. It was great to see old friends and meet new ones. Most of all I was thankful for the freedom of the spirit to move in the place. That is so important to me. Just a note from what i experienced is when you are obedient to the Lord, He will do amazing things. I have so much respect for Teresa and Tom for all the hard work they do for the children at IMI. IMI has done so much work for the kingdom and I pray it continues until Lord is ready to call us home

Dr Teresa’s lesson on the brain was great but her prayers for our brain was even better!!! I have mild Dyslexia. I declare use to!! When taking notes, I miss some valuable into, but now there is a vast improvement!!!!  It surprised me!! I asked, what is this??? Oh hallelujah!!!  Teresa’s prayer!!  I’m healed!!! There was an incredible anointing the entire weekend!!  The ladies are passionate and devoted to Jesus!!  You feel loved and accepted!!  The setting is perfect!!  Walking down to the river is refreshing!!! My daughter and Lauren saw eagles 🦅 soaring on Saturday!!!  Michelle and I saw, took pictures of 12 eagles in corn field about 15 miles away!! Prophetic!! The food was good. Now you know why the warfare was so intense!!!!

From Sandra  Wow praise God!! This was an amazing weekend I learn so much I’m happy things happened that way God has a way to teach us things in a safe place That was a safe place to learn and grow thank you so much for everything Also the importance of sowing seeds I sow my seed towards that truck and I’m believing has well for mind to come God is faithful From Tracy The time at this conference was so powerful with the Lord. So many women were getting set free and filled. For me personally, I was refreshed, freed, and refilled and received visions from the Lord. I have so much PEACE, and am also in expectation, as I’m coming into a new season. So exciting! Thank you so much for this conference. I’m already looking forward to next year! Tracy

From Heather  It was beautiful the perfect amount of healing, worship and teaching the Holy Spirit moved mightily. I am so blessed to have been able to attend From Maryjo Did you hear about what happened at the Women’s conference?  Miracles, signs and wonders! Worship off the charts! Words and proclamations spoken! Curses of grave sin, unfaithfulness and suicide broken off! God was honored in many aspects.  Over 50 women showed up on Thursday, Friday and Sat  Oct 29, 30, and 31, 2020 to receive downloads of the Holy Spirit deliverance, grace and encouragement for the upcoming days.  Want to learn more?  Contact Teresa Stamman.

From Angie I had a vision in the first service I was jumping hurdles but I kept hitting or tripping on the hurdles no matter how many times I jumped the result was always the same I landed on my face.  I didn’t seem to improve with practice. Finally, I sat down I lost my desire to even try . I began to question if I was ever supposed to be a runner.  I looked down at myself I had all the right tools.  I was seat in making decisions over how to live out. I cared so much about how they interpreted that it tripped my walk up. I had to settle who was allowed to mentor my growth – I Had to take back the authority or power in my life. To walk away to say no and to break the fear and the unGodly soul ties that produce control . 1Cor. 5:8 Let us therefore celebrate the festival not with old leaven – the Leaven of malice and evil, but with unleavened bread the bread of sincerity and truth. I was so distracted by the vision little movie playing in my head that when a lady started expounding on this verse it was like whatever had been confusing left me and I began to have understanding in why I couldn’t move on – get over it- or even keep facing it. In Christ we celebrate the law the truth in and through grace it’s the right filter the lens to perceive through, but when we study, search, or figure and reason without the grace and mercy of unfailing love. the result is always the same the law shows us we need a savior it doesn’t change us in fact the law without Christ makes us malice and bitter it hurts us because there is no way to be successful or win. It’s something we may know but it’s always so much different when someone We love uses the word of God to control us or to use their fears or our own fears to separate us from the truth of Gods love. Every person no matter their status in this life is in the position we are all in. The need for the love of God to be accepted and confident of this is how we grow in Christ. When the goodness of God is removed from my personal experience it is easy to allow anything to separate me from the love of God and when I am separated from that love I am much more dependent on the expectations that I must receive the love  I need from those around me in an unhealthy way ….cause when I hear his voice say I am proud of you or I love u or sing his voice over it all . Your opinions faults and sins are no longer standing no longer separating and no longer thieving in our thoughts . His spirit causes freedom boldness clarity inspiration and most of all its fruitful in my growth it’s not mechanical and it’s not wrapped up in principle or power … intellectual or perfection. No matter how many facets there are they don’t contend or compete with each other. The sovereignty of God and God with us partnering with our will to be in his will doing what he did . They don’t contradict but are complementary to the truth of who our king and lord are he is a man a spirit but most of all alive destroying the works of darkness .. unbelief was slowing bringing death quicker but just one touch from the king and possibly years of counseling – find there release. The tension in truth in principle with power is the life is in his voice and being separated for the voice the active agent to change is the same as being separated from his love.  ️ . dressed to run. As I looked around I saw on each hurdle there was the word of God – but they were scriptures that in my heart  ️ there were battles surrounding there meaning . Places I wrestled in how to believe and also giving others a front row.

Thank you to all who attended, and we will see you next year!!
